Briefing the cast- Show the actors the draft video to give them an idea of what we're aiming for, and explain what each of them will be doing.
Costume and Make up- The actors have been told what they need to wear for the video, and I think that we will probably shoot the Narrative shots first, because that means that the Protag, Myself and Tali don't have to keep changing costume and we can focus on filming a lot of performance shots afterwards.
Film the Outdoor Scenes- We decided to film the outdoor shots first as they need to be light and we're filming in the winter, which means that it will get dark quickly, and therefore affect continuity in the video. Luckily all we have to film outside is the driving away shots and the shots of the friends and the protag leaving the house.
Film the Crowd/Performance Shots- I made it clear that we should have a myriad of performance shots. This means that we would have a greater chance of achieving on-beat-editing because we would have plenty of shots of the same line in the lyrics. Like I said earlier, we need to film these shots before the Narrative ones because that would mean that everyone can go home afterwards.
Film the Narrative Scenes- These will comprise the bulk of the video, and doesn't require any particular order in shooting, it also means that we can change into costume after we've filmed the performance shots and we won't have to keep changing costumes.
